Ben the Monkey, with his sailboat Rilla

This is my interpretation of an old vintage sock monkey, but this one is made of a soft Berber. Ben is 12 inches, sitting wears a sailor’s hat, made from a page of my Sunday paper and is holding a hand-painted sailboat. This little guy was so much fun to make. He looks great displayed on top a chest of drawers, old trunk or on a bed nestled amongst the pillows. Say the word, and he is on his way from my home to yours.
